ALICIA VALENCIA ERB is the owner/founder of VIDA STYLE, a curated consignment boutique built on the belief that style and sustainability can coexist beautifully. With nearly 20 years of experience as a marketing executive in the financial services industry, she developed strategic programs and experiential initiatives that drove engagement, loyalty, and growth for credit unions nationwide.

Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Integrated Marketing Communications, bringing both creative vision and strategic expertise to everything she builds.

In 2022, she launched VIDA STYLE—blending her eye for curation with a commitment to sustainable fashion. Through a “different & delightful” approach, she creates a shopping experience that feels personal, elevated, and intentional while redefining secondhand as the future of style.

Alicia is an entrepreneur, speaker, and sustainability advocate dedicated to extending the lifecycle of fashion through luxury resale and circular fashion practices. As the founder of VIDA STYLE Shop, she educates consumers on sustainable shopping, responsible consumption, and the value of keeping clothing, handbags, and accessories in continuous ciruculation. Through her work, Alicia helps reduce textile waste while promoting a more sustainable and accessible approach to fashion, proving that style, luxury, and environmental responsibility can coexist. 

EDEA PORTLANCE is Chief of Staff (Chief Butterfly). Edea brings a wealth of retail, customer service, and entrepreneurial experience to the VIDA STYLE team. With a background working at a local boutique optometry practice, she developed a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting customer relationships. As the co-owner of Del Ray Hardware and Del Ray Farmhouse, Edea combines her business acumen with a strategic mindset to help businesses implement effective processes, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth. Known for her thoughtful, measured approach to business development, she has a keen eye for identifying opportunities while maintaining operational excellence. Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Edea enjoys inspiring others as a spin instructor at a local fitness studio in Old Town Alexandria. 🚴♀️✨
