We are seeking a detail-oriented, fashion-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to manage and elevate our online presence through exceptional product listings, SEO optimization, and luxury-level fulfillment.
Position Overview
The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for accurately and beautifully uploading luxury merchandise to our Shopify website. This includes writing compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions, organizing photography, managing product details, and ensuring that every shipped order reflects the elevated VIDA STYLE brand experience.
This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury fashion, appreciates craftsmanship and rarity, and takes pride in presentation and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Website Uploads
- Upload luxury, high-end, vintage, and hard-to-find pieces to Shopify
- Write compelling, accurate, and SEO-optimized product descriptions
- Research designer details, collections, retail pricing, and market value
- Accurately input sizing, measurements, condition notes, and materials
- Optimize product titles, tags, and meta descriptions for search visibility
SEO & Digital Optimization
- Utilize basic to intermediate SEO best practices
- Conduct keyword research for designer brands and luxury search terms
- Optimize product pages for organic traffic and conversion
- Maintain organized collections and site navigation
Photography & Visual Presentation
- Photograph merchandise with clean, elevated aesthetics
- Ensure proper lighting, accurate color representation, and detail shots
- Edit and format images for Shopify compatibility
- Maintain consistent brand visual standards
Luxury Fulfillment & Shipping
- Carefully package sold items to reflect a high-end unboxing experience
- Use protective materials and presentation techniques appropriate for luxury goods
- Ensure accuracy in shipping labels, tracking, and order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory integrity and organization
Qualifications
- Four-year degree; some college; high school diploma required (minimum)
- Experience with Shopify (required)
- Background in e-commerce, fashion retail, or luxury resale
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices (beginner to intermediate level acceptable)
- Photography experience (product photography preferred)
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously
- Familiarity with luxury designers and vintage fashion is strongly preferred
- Experience with careful packaging and shipping procedures
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
